WHEN DO YOU RESTOCK THE WEBSITE?

Typically we will restock most products on the website every Sunday at 7pm - unless specified otherwise on our social media or site.

HOW CAN I SEE PRODUCT MACROS?

Scan the QR code inside your Majic Box which will take you to our Macros, Ingredients and Allergens page, or simply visit this page from our website to view all our products and their nutritional information. All of our products are trackable in MyFitnessPal - just type in Majic Protein!

HOW LONG WILL MY PRODUCTS LAST?

Majic Protein Cookies should be consumed within 7 days of receiving (best within 5). Store at room temperature in a dry, cool place upon receiving or keep refrigerated in an airtight container. 

For our Cookie Dough, keep sealed and refrigerated in the tub and consume within 5 days (best within 3).

If you want to save the Majic for a little longer, you can freeze all our products for up to 6 months.

All of the use by and storage information can be found on the insert inside your Majic Box. 

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Our delivery days are typically Wednesday - Friday, with some Saturday deliveries every week. We use DPD express shipping for UK mainland deliveries and Royal Mail Tracked 24 for Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man. We quote 7-9 working days from order placement to receiving your order (however, it is usually much quicker than this). Please keep an eye out for any emails and delivery updates on our social media pages. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered parcels once they have left our facility, however please do get in touch with us if you have a delivery issue and we can try and resolve it. We encourage all customers to check tracking via the DPD website and app to ensure they are in or have suitable safe places to receive their Majic.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

We do not accept returns on any of our products as all of our products are baked fresh by hand to order. If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch via the contact us section on our website or drop us a message on Instagram and we will be happy to help.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To refund your order, you must inform us of your cancellation request within 24 hours of your order *

Any Cancellation before 24 hours will incur a preparation fee of £4.99.

Orders Cancelled after 24hours can not be refunded.

*Cancellations of orders due to site error (i.e. double orders) will not incur a fee.

MY PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?

We do our very best to ensure every Majic box is quality checked and packaged carefully by hand. We hold no responsibility for orders that arrive damaged in any way during transit. To resolve this issue as quickly as possible, please reach out to the courier directly (usually DPD). If you still need further assitance, use the Contact Us page to get in touch.

HOW TO ENJOY MAJIC BAKES

Our bakes are perfect to eat right out of their Majic box! We advise to eat our Cookie dough slightly chilled or at room temperature for the best texture. You can also warm them on low heat in the microwave for 10 seconds for a Majical melted cookie dough experience - the same goes for our cookies!

DO YOU OFFER VEGAN OR GLUTEN FREE PRODUCTS?

We do not currently offer Gluten Free, Vegan products or cater for allergies on our menu. Please check the product pages and nutritional info for allergen info before ordering,

However, we are in the process of perfecting a more inclusive range of products so everyone can taste the Majic.

MAJIC LIFESTYLE SHIPPING

Please allow 10-12 working days for all Majic Lifestyle orders to arrive. This may be longer during Holiday periods. Get in touch with us via the contact us page if your order takes longer than this. 

Our Majic Lifestyle collections are shipped separately to our Protein Bakery orders. If you wish to combine items from both the Lifestyle range and the Bakery menu in your order, please note these will be shipped separately and arrive at different times.

MAJIC LIFESTYLE AFTERCARE

To prevent your Majic Lifestyle garment from shrinking or fading, please wash inside out with similar colours. Wash at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees and do not tumble dry, or dry with high heat. Do not iron directly over the printed parts of the garment. Refer to the hang tag on each garment for aftercare instructions.
